I know that with all of the information that is present, there should be some really neat exercise move that does everything that burst training does.
Burst training is a way to exersise, not necessarly a type of exercise.
In earlier posts we went over the how to do burst training. We also have several videos for you to watch on our website in the burst training and xiser sections.
We use the Xiser equipment because it is the easiest way to achive the intensity that you need for burst training. It works the largest muscle groups that you have. When you have a handle on the basic exercise series you can always increase the intensity of your workout.
