Proof that burst training works


So, I have some first hand experience that this works. I have personally lost 60 pounds in 10 months by using the Xiser equipment and Burst Training. At about 10 minutes a week. I am feeling great, and looking great.

For those of us that need it you can look at the research on our web site. The thing that is the most common with people who try to do burst training is that they try to do it and not actually doing it.

In previous posts i have outlined the basics of how to do this type of working out. The big thing that people miss is the time frame and the recovery. Which make up just about all of the important stuff to do burst training.

The time frame is no longer than a minute. This means that if you are working out for 15-20 minutes at a time. Then you are not doing burst training. So if you don't get the results it has nothing to do with burst training because you are not doing it.

There needs to be full recovery before the next set or rep of exercises. 1 hour between exercises is the best. This ensures full recovery of both the type 1 and 2 fibers. This also allows for the full metabolic effect of the exercise.
